This year’s HITEC Amsterdam event in April was an incredible experience. It was a pleasant surprise to see such a large variety of attendees and exhibitors coming together at the RAI Convention Centre Amsterdam to discover and celebrate the amazing advancements in Hospitality tech.

Just like at HITEC Dubai back in November 2017, Dot.Cy brought the revolutionary Guest Relationship Management (GRM) platform, dot.Hospitality, to the eyes of the many Hôtellerie stakeholders in search of the next big trend in the hospitality industry, and what Digital Transformation can mean for large chain and boutique hotels alike.
